The flames were extinguished by 4:30 a.m.    Eight people were killed in the fatal fire, while three others were taken to hospital for treatment. The injured are currently in stable condition, the statement said.    An investigation into the cause of the fire is now underway, along with follow-up work related to the incident.                            。
